                    I submit that , I have been retire as Accounts Officer on superannuation on 30-06-2019 in 

the DTA AP Ibrahimpatnam proceeding cited my pay has been fixed @ Rs 96,890/- in the category of 

Accounts Officer.  After drawaing the arrears LPC issued by the DDO o/o DEO and Ex-Officio Project 

Officer, RMSA, Ongole, Prakasham Dist. AP. 

                    According I am furnishing revised pension proposals for sanction  of pensionary benefits 

and onward transmission to the Accountant General, AP.  Vijayawada/Hyderabad, to issuing revised 

PPO on the enhanced pay. 

                   Further I also submit that, I have a credit of  Earned Leave Account up 300 days in may 

credit as on 30-06-2019. I may kindly be sanctioned the same and to arrange kindly to release Revised 

pensionary Benefits at an early date.
